Marriott Residence Inn – Raleigh, NC – Hotel Renovation
This has been one of our latest project. We partner with Monolith Hospitality to renovate this Residence Inn hotel by Marriott. We were in charge of 95% of the remodeling including framing, flooring installation, painting, drywall, installation of Furniture, installation of granite, millwork installation, electrical alterations and others. We Finished this project on March of 2010. The renovation included the renovation of the lobby. It took us about 45 days to finish it up. Marriott Towne Place Suites – Alpharetta, GA.
We were in charge of the renovation of the lobby of the Town Place Suites by Marriott in Alpharetta, GA. The project was performed on the Summer of 2008. We were hired by another general contractor company to convert this lobby into the new modern style designed by Marriott. We were in charge of the flooring, framing, Drywall, Wall Texture, Bathrooms, Millwork installation, painting, cleaning, AC, and final touch ups. The project was done rather quickly due to the constant need of an operating lobby at a hotel. After the lobby was completed, we were contracted by our general contractor client to do many other projects for them.
Hilton Hampton Inn – Katy Freeway, Houston, TX.
This project was given to us when it was on a “white box” stage. This hotel had 119 rooms and 4 corridors, and it had to be completely repair and treated after a Hurricane damaged the roof. We were in charge of putting the hotel back together. We installed the FFE, granite on bathrooms, lighting, wall paper and many other tasks that put the hotel back in service. The Flooring was installed by the same experience subcontractor that have worked with us on other projects in TX. JYM Contracting Services was contracted by Monolith Hospitality for the renovation of this hotel.
Hilton Hampton Inn – Northwest in Houston, TX.
JYM Contracting Services is proud to show another hotel renovated almost entirely by our own crews. We were contracted by Monolith Hospitality to renovate 62 rooms, 3 corridors and a Lobby. We were in charge of almost all the renovation including demolition, framing, electrical, painting, tile installation, wall vinyl, carpet installation, bathroom vanity, granite installation on bathrooms, plumbing and FF&E, except for the wall unit on the rooms.
We renovated almost every aspect of the lobby, except for the floors. Many of the renovations needed in the lobby had to meet the new standards set by Hilton.
