After extensive research about the credentials of a general contractor, I found John Lopez with JYM Contracting Services. At my convenience he came to my house and gave me a quote for a few things i wanted to have done. First, He replace the roof, in one day!! Everything looked great. then, we extended a deck. I am going to do my kitchen and flooring with them too. These people are professionals and will come back to my house to do work as I get more capital to invest in my house.

Did not ask for payment up front, they waited until job was done and asked if everything was done as expected then made payment easy and online. No loafing about, just worked until job was done. they took the time to answer my questions and kept me informed. They are now working on a big project for me.

We wanted reccessed lighting in our kitchen. We contacted JYM, and John came out to give us a quote. He made a drawing of our kitchen and plotted were he thought would be the best locations for the lights and how many. The team came out and completed the project in one day. We did not have to contact anyone else to do any drywall repair or painting. They were professional and made sure that the job was completed to our satisfaction. It was great to have the entire project done. Our kitchen looks great! I would highly recommend this company.‎
