Hilton Double Tree – University Area in Austin, TX.

JYM Contracting Services was contracted by to be the contractor in charge of 90% of the renovation of 149 rooms and 5 corridors . We were in charge of the demolition, Framing, Electrical, Painting, Tile Installation,  Wall Vinyl, Carpet Installation, Bathroom Vanity, Granite on Bathroom and Rooms, FF&E Installation and Plumbing. The Project started on November of 2008 and completed on February of 2009. The following pictures show the great work performed by our company and Monolith Hospitality, LLC. who also designed the rooms.
