This has been one of our latest project. We partner with Monolith Hospitality to renovate this Residence Inn hotel by Marriott. We were in charge of 95% of the remodeling including framing, flooring installation, painting, drywall, installation of Furniture, installation of granite, millwork installation, electrical alterations and others. We Finished this project on March of 2010. The renovation included the renovation of the lobby. It took us about 45 days to finish it up.
