JYM Contracting Services was contracted by to be the contractor in charge of 90% of the renovation of 149 rooms and 5 corridors . We were in charge of the demolition, Framing, Electrical, Painting, Tile Installation, Wall Vinyl, Carpet Installation, Bathroom Vanity, Granite on Bathroom and Rooms, FF&E Installation and Plumbing. The Project started on November of 2008 and completed on February of 2009. The following pictures show the great work performed by our company and Monolith Hospitality, LLC. who also designed the rooms.
Hilton Double Tree – Roswell, GA
This great hotel is located on Roswell, GA. JYM Contracting was hired by Monolith Hospitality to finish up the renovation of this hotel. Although, it was almost finished when we took over the place, most of the finishing details that give the final touches to a construction were missing. Our scope included painting, wall paper, millwork installation, electrical fixtures, hardwood installation and the relocation and finishing of the bar are of this lobby.
